Event Name: Early Morning Fitness Class
Description: Class Instructor - Dee Romijn. Early Morning Tuesday's and Thursday's from 6am to 7am. The classes will be a combination of high/moderate intensities including strength, cardio and core for a whole body workout. All exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Please email Dee Romijn at info@lscucomplex.com for further information. Session runs from April 3rd to June 29th.
