15 Week Session:  Monday, September 11th to Thursday, December 21st


Working out on your own can be lonely, creating the potential to

lose interest and motivation over time.

Try a fitness class offered at the LSCU Complex that is sure

to keep you coming back for more!

 Classes change from tabata, circuits, spin and more...

Regular classes are a combination of high/moderate intensities including strength, cardio and core for a whole body workout.  All exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.

Silver Fit classes are low impact to get your heart pumping and some functional exercises to build your strength.   Classes will include balance, core and flexibility training to leave you feeling 20 years younger!


 Classes are offered:
  Tues & Thurs (Package 1) - 6am to 7am
Tues & Thurs (Package 2) - 9:15am to 10:15am
Tues & Thurs - 10:20am to 11:20am Silver Fit (Package 3)

 Mon & Thurs (Package 4) - 7pm to 8pm
  (in the LSCU Complex Gym)

  30 Classes (2 times/week) = $252.00 ($8.40/class)
  15 Classes (1 time/week) = $157.50 ($10.50/class)

 Drop-ins = $12.60/class
 (prices include GST)

Passes are good for this session only.
  Classes are split into packages to guarantee numbers to run classes.
