15 Week Session:  Monday, September 11th to Thursday, December 21st


Working out on your own can be lonely, creating the potential to

lose interest and motivation over time.

Try a fitness class offered at the LSCU Complex that is sure

to keep you coming back for more!

 Classes change from tabata, circuits, spin and more...

Regular classes are a combination of high/moderate intensities including strength, cardio and core for a whole body workout.  All exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.



 Classes are offered:
  Tues & Thurs (Package 1) - 6am to 7am
Tues & Thurs (Package 2) - 9:15am to 10:15am
 Mon & Thurs (Package 3) - 7pm to 8pm
  (in the LSCU Complex Gym)

  30 Classes (2 times/week) = $252.00 ($8.40/class)
  15 Classes (1 time/week) = $157.50 ($10.50/class)

 Drop-ins = $12.60/class
 (prices include GST)

Passes are good for this session only.
  Classes are split into packages to guarantee numbers to run classes.

  ** Need to average 10 participants to make packages a go. **
