Regular classes are a combination of high/moderate intensities including strength, cardio and core for a whole body workout.  All exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.

 Classes are offered:
  Tues & Thurs - 6am to 7am (Package 1)
Tues & Thurs - 9:15am to 10:15am (Package 2)
    Mon 7:15 pm - 8:15pm & Thurs 7pm - 8pm (Package 3)
     (in the LSCU Complex Gym)

  22 Classes (2 times/week) = $184.80 ($8.40/class)
  11 Classes (1 time/week) = $115.50 ($10.50/class)

 Drop-ins = $12.60/class

 (all packages have the same price options as listed above)

 Passes are good for this session only.
  Classes are split into packages to guarantee numbers to run classes.

  ** Need to average 10 participants to make packages a go. **
