Balanced Living through Mindfulness Meditation & Stress Reduction

Whether the root of it is physical, emotional, mental, workplace or home, come learn how to work with it in healthy and transformative ways in this Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program. Filled with guided meditation, gentle yoga and teachings on stress to help you navigate your every day stresses with greater ease regardless of what life places in front of you. Imagine an even healthier and happier life. Appropriate for those new to meditation or yoga and those who wish to deepen their current practice. Please bring your yoga mat. This program will include a full day Saturday retreat on November 4th, location to be determined. This program is subsidized by the Southern Health Authority and Healthy Together Now.
