Try a fitness class offered at the LSCU Complex that is sure

to keep you coming back for more!

 Circuit and more...

Regular classes are a combination of high/moderate intensities including strength, cardio and core for a whole body workout.  All exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.

 

 Instructors:

 Classes are offered:
  Tues & Thurs - 6am to 7am (Package 1)
Tues & Thurs - 9:15am to 10:15am (Package 2)
      
 
    Mon & Thurs - 7pm to 8pm (Package 3)
         Sat - 9am to 10am (Speciality Saturdays)
     (classes take place in the LSCU Complex Gym)

Prices:
  26 Classes (2 times/week) = $218.40 ($8.40/class)
  13 Classes (1 time/week) = $136.50 ($10.50/class)

 Drop-ins = $12.60/class

prices include GST

 (all packages have the same price options as listed above)

 Passes are good for this session only.
  Classes are split into packages to guarantee numbers to run classes.

  ** Need to average 10 participants to make packages a go. Please pre-register. **
