Girls Mindfulness and Yoga (Grades 4 - 6)
Instructor - Nicole Necsefor

This program is designed to empower girls through mindfulness, yoga and meditation. These and other tools will be used to promote adaptability, self-esteem, courage, a healthy body, and a calm and confident mind. Each week will incorporate discussions on topics such as body image, the effects of media advertising, dealing with emotions/toxic thoughts, bullying, etc. We will also explore journalling, vision boards and more! Please bring a nutritious snack.
